How to build an Advertisment Book

Please reach us at firesafetyfoundation2@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The Advertisement Book is a printed and digital publication that highlights community sponsors supporting custom or Fire Safety education, awareness, and prevention programs. Each book features sponsor ads, safety tips, event information, and community recognition pages distributed at Fire Department events, safety trainings, and outreach programs.

Local businesses, churches, schools, civic organizations, and individuals can all purchase an advertisement space. Sponsors are recognized as Fire Safety Foundation Partners, helping us expand outreach in homes, schools, and communities.

Step-by-Step Setup:

  1. Contact Us – Reach out through www.firesafetyfoundation.com/contact or call our team to start your project.

  2. Choose Your Edition – Select from Annual, Special Event, or Memorial Tribute editions.

  3. Provide Event Info – Share your department logo, event date, and leadership contacts.

  4. Sponsor Drive – We’ll help design sponsor packets, ad pricing tiers, and outreach letters.

  5. Design & Layout – Sponsors submit ad graphics or text; our creative team formats them for print and digital. We can also create them for you if you have none.

  6. Proof & Approval – You’ll review a digital proof before printing.

  7. Print & Distribution – Books are printed, shipped, and shared at your Fire Department’s designated event.

Sponsors may include:

  • Logo or business name
  • Short message or tagline (25–50 words)
  • Contact information or QR code
  • Thank-you message to firefighters or the community
  • Safety or service-related imagery
  • Our design team ensures all ads meet clean, family-friendly, and safety-compliant standards.

Yes! Each sponsor receives one complimentary copy (digital and print option available) and may request extras for display or customer giveaways.

Absolutely. A digital version (PDF or flipbook) is shared on our website and social media channels. Fire Departments can also embed it on their municipal or district site to show sponsor appreciation.

Typical turnaround is 4–6 weeks from start to finish, depending on sponsor participation and design approval. Rush projects can be accommodated upon request.

We offer Annual Partnership Packages that include ad placement in multiple publications, event banners, and recognition on our Fire Safety Foundation website and social channels.

November: Let's Think Carbon Monoxide Safety

Carbon monoxide is an invisible, odorless gas that can be deadly if inhaled, often produced by malfunctioning furnaces, stoves, or vehicles in enclosed spaces. Protect your home by installing CO detectors on every floor, ensuring proper ventilation, and scheduling regular inspections of all fuel-burning appliances.
